Great, but you need the right tools!

Great stuff, my Aeron Chair has a new lease on life! The replacement is straighforward, but you definitely need the right tools. You have to shove the screws with a Torx T15 driver; you really need a proper driver that can apply force! I started with the flimsy L shaped ones in my PC repair kit, but those things really don't cut it! Once I got a driver with a proper grip, it went really smooth.
