Refurbished Seat Pan with New OfficeLogixShop Mesh for Herman Miller Aeron Classic Chairs
This is a complete Herman Miller Aeron seat replacement: a genuine Aeron Classic seat pan with brand-new OfficeLogixShop mesh, already put together and ready to bolt on. Fixing a torn seat or a cracked frame is usually a huge pain because stretching new mesh is very hard to do by hand. We already did the hard work of installing the mesh onto the frame for you.
Please Note: Both the new and older seat pan designs are fully compatible, functionally identical, and work exactly as intended. The only difference is the added structural reinforcement ribs on the underside, a design update introduced by Herman Miller in later production runs.
Note: You will need to reuse the 4 bolts from your current chair to install this.

Is the mesh used or new?
The mesh is 100% brand new. It is our OfficeLogixShop replacement mesh; only the plastic frame is refurbished.
Does it come with new bolts and seat links?
No. You reuse the bolts and the two seat links from your current seat, so keep them safe while you take the old seat apart.
What tools do I need?
A hex key, hex driver or drill for the bolts, and pliers to hold the nuts while you unscrew the seat links, as the video shows.
Do I need to take the back off the chair?
No, the back can stay on. Push the arms out of the way to make room for the seat. When you bolt it on, tighten one side a little, fully tighten the other side, then finish the first.
Only the mesh is torn. Do I need the whole seat?
Not if the frame is intact: our seat mesh for the Aeron Classic costs less, and you stretch it onto your own frame.
