The prices are lower for two main reasons. First, we operate on a high-volume, low-margin model. We prefer to sell thousands of chairs at a fair price rather than a few chairs at a high markup.
Secondly, we control our own refurbishing process. Since we don't rely on anyone to provide us with replacement parts or the expertise to do it, we keep our costs low so we can keep our prices low. We are aware that some people got upset by how fast we grew, leading to some questionable reviews on platforms like Reddit. Don't take our word for it, visit us and inspect the quality with your own eyes!

It is completely different from "used." A used chair is sold "as-is" with potential hidden issues. Our refurbished chairs undergo a multi-point Certified Renewal Process. We disassemble the chair, industrially clean and sanitize it, inspect every mechanism, and replace worn parts (like gas cylinders, arm pads, and casters) with brand-new components. We verify the chair functions like new before it ships.

While unauthentic chairs in general are not a common thing in the USA, to answer the question: Yes. We only source and refurbish genuine chairs from top-tier brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. While the core structure is original, we use brand-new, high-quality, compatible replacement parts for wearables to ensure longevity.

We don't just use wipes. We use industrial-grade steam cleaners to deeply sanitize mesh, fabric, and frame components. This kills bacteria, eliminates odors, and lifts deep-set dust that normal cleaning misses.
