Installation takes minutes. Simply use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two inner screws on the bracket, seat the headrest securely above the Haworth logo, slide the bracket up the rails, and tighten the screws back in.

To move the headrest forward or backward, you must first push it all the way forward. This unlocks the mechanism. You can then slide it backward to your desired depth, where it will lock securely against the weight of your head.

This headrest is made only for Zody chairs. It matches the engineering and design that makes the Zody special. At OfficeLogixShop, we never make universal headrests. Each headrest we design is fully dedicated to its specific chair model. We don't use 3D prints. We don't use adapters to force existing headrests onto different chairs. Every headrest we make feels and looks like it came with the chair straight from the manufacturer. Universal headrests can't give you the same precise fit or visual consistency.
