How is this Zody headrest different from universal headrests?
This headrest is made only for Zody chairs and matches the engineering and design that make the Zody special. At OfficeLogixShop we never make universal headrests: each design is dedicated to its specific chair model. We don't use 3D prints, and we don't use adapters to force existing headrests onto different chairs, so it feels and looks like it came with the chair straight from the manufacturer. Universal headrests can't give you the same precise fit or visual consistency.

Which chairs does it fit?

How does the Zody headrest attachment work, and do I need tools?
The only tool you need is a standard Phillips-head screwdriver. You only loosen and tighten two screws on the mounting bracket: remove the two inner screws, seat the headrest securely above the Haworth logo, slide the bracket up the rails and tighten the screws back in. No drilling or chair modifications are required.
How do I adjust how far forward the headrest sits?
We engineered a secure horizontal axis. Push the headrest cushion completely forward until you feel it unlock, then gently guide it backward until it hits the perfect spot for your neck, where it locks securely against the weight of your head.
Does the headrest tilt?
Yes. The cushion has a dynamic pivot, so you can tilt it up or down to match the natural curvature of your upper spine.
Will installing this damage my Haworth Zody?
No. The bracket is designed to clamp over the top of the chair frame without causing damage, and the installation is 100% reversible.
Will a third-party headrest void my Haworth warranty?
No. Our headrest does not void your Haworth warranty, because it does not damage or alter the chair: it mounts with two screws, needs no drilling and can be removed at any time. In the US, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(c)) also does not allow a manufacturer to make its warranty depend on using only its own branded accessories.
What warranty does it have?
