Almost perfect!

The headrest is comfortable and was so easy to install without being destructive to the chair itself. Tool less design is great and I love leaning back and having support for my head. The only issues I’d say are that I feel like the headrest loses its stiffness and becomes looser over time, meaning if I rest my head on it it’ll be easier to move and less resistive. Forcing me to get up and tighten the knobs. Also the metal hooks that hook into the top of the chair have popped out more times than I care for.

Other than those two issues. It does what it was advertised to do. I love that I have a headrest that looks like it’s part of the chair and it’s overall a comfortable experience.

Great head rest

I've been looking for a head rest for my leap chair for some time, and was glad to see this product pop up. Installation was a breeze, and fits the fabric and plastic colours perfectly. Communication was excellent in providing updates on the timeline. My only qualm is the headrest doesn't actually lock into a fixed position when a certain amount of pressure is applied to it - despite tightening the knobs, I find that I can move the head rest to different angles if enough force is applied. The vertical adjustment of the head rest also doesn't lock into place. Some minor locking enhancements to ensure the headrest doesn't move would benefit this product

What a thoughtful product for a much needed niche. Office Logix did a solid for all Leap owners out there who regretted not getting a headrest with their chair. The final headrest was worth the wait - very easy to attach and with all the color options, can make it look like it came with the chair. Great service from the team as well from the update videos to post care. Thank you!

Glad to have the headrest but...

I would have give it 5 stars if the headrest pad was softer.

Fits well but could be softer

I bought a platinum frame with gray headrest to match my chair. It looks great and fits really well. The headrest is very adjustable and can fit many heights. My only issue is that the headrest padding is on the firm side and could be softer.
