- Chair height. Feet flat, thighs roughly level, elbows at desk height.
- Arms and seat depth. Arms just under relaxed forearms; two to three fingers between the seat edge and the back of your knees.
- Tension and back stop. Set how the back follows you and how far it reclines for the way you work most.
- Lumbar. Lumbar height into the curve of your lower back, firmness to taste.
- Headrest last. Sit back at your usual recline, then slide the headrest to your head and set its tilt.
