Frequently Asked Questions
Is this compatible with the Size C Aeron?
No. This specific foam insert is designed to fit Size A (Small) and Size B (Medium) chairs only. The Size C chair has a wider seat pan, and this foam would be too short. Please check our Size C foam insert listing.
Do I need to take the seat mesh off to install this?
Not at all! You can simply lift the front edge of the mesh with your fingers. The old foam usually slides right out. Then, just tuck the new OfficeLogixShop foam into the same space. It is a quick 2-minute job.
Does the foam come with adhesive?
Yes, our foam inserts typically include an adhesive strip on the bottom. You peel off the backing paper and stick it to the plastic frame to ensure it stays perfectly in place and does not shift while you sit.
What if my old foam is crumbling and stuck?
This is common with very old chairs. If the old foam is sticky or falling apart, we recommend using a flat plastic tool (like a putty knife or an old credit card) to gently scrape the residue off the plastic frame before installing the new one.
