Do I need any tools to install these casters?
Generally, no. As shown in the video, you simply turn the chair on its side and pull the old casters out by hand. The new replacement casters push directly into the socket. If your old wheels are stuck due to debris, you might need pliers to help wiggle them out.
Are these OfficeLogixShop casters safe for 100% hardwood floors?
Yes. We use a soft polyurethane tread specifically designed to be non-abrasive. This disperses the weight of the chair more effectively than hard plastic wheels, preventing scratches, dents, and scuff marks on hardwood, laminate, and tile.
Will these fit my specific Herman Miller chair?
