PostureFit SL-style support, which cradles the sacrum and the lumbar spine together, is an advanced lumbar system found only on specific Aeron Remastered chairs, and it used to mean buying a new Aeron. This kit brings that elite ergonomic support to the chair you already own: a lumbar support unit compatible with the PostureFit SL model plus our patent-pending OfficeLogix adapter, which clips onto the Aeron frame and secures with screws. No drilling into the chair, it does not void your warranty, and it comes off again without a mark. OfficeLogixShop is the only company in the world offering this non-invasive upgrade.
Note: The provided adapter is included for your convenience to avoid drilling. However, installation without the adapter is also an option if you prefer.
Installation Disclaimer for Aeron Remastered Chairs: Before installing your new kit, please examine the backrest of your chair to determine the correct installation method. Pre-Drilled Backrests: If your chair features a pre-drilled hole at the base of the backrest, you will not need to use the adapter. The lumbar support unit will attach directly for a precise and perfect fit. Non-Drilled Backrests: If your chair lacks a pre-drilled hole, you must use the adapter included with your kit to mount the lumbar support unit. Please note that the adapter may sit slightly short of flush with the lumbar support unit itself. If you prefer a cleaner and more seamless aesthetic, you have the option to manually trim the adapter slightly so it sits level. This is a simple modification and entirely optional. If you have any questions or require assistance during the installation process, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Yes. The support unit in this kit has the features of the adjustable PostureFit SL: a pad that supports the sacral region and a secondary pad for the lumbar region, which you set to suit your back.

Yes. It is a complete package: our OfficeLogix adapter plus a lumbar support unit compatible with the PostureFit SL model, in graphite.
The PostureFit SL unit on my Aeron Remastered broke. Can this replace it?
Yes, as a compatible replacement. If your backrest has the pre-drilled hole at the base, the support unit in this kit mounts directly, the way the original did. If there is no hole, use the adapter that comes in the kit. Choose the Aeron Remastered option and your size when you order.
Aeron Classic or Remastered: which option do I choose?
Choose the option that matches your chair; the kit is offered for both. Herman Miller made the Aeron Classic until 2016, when the Remastered replaced it, so a chair bought new before then is almost always a Classic. On a Remastered, check the base of the backrest for the pre-drilled hole described above. Then pick Size B (two dots under the back rim) or Size C (three dots).
What is the difference between PostureFit and PostureFit SL?
The original PostureFit works at the base of the spine, holding the pelvis upright. PostureFit SL supports the lumbar spine as well, so the sacral and lumbar regions are supported together. The table above sets both beside the standard lumbar pad.
