Two Like New Chairs!

I was a bit nervous about buying two chairs, sight unseen, from a company that was located a few states away. I found Office Logix online and reached out to them by phone. After expressing my concern, Office Logix sent me a detailed high-resolution video of both chairs - and answered my many questions about the condition of the chairs, the Office Logix return policy, and the shipping timeline. After the purchase, I received the chairs. which were well-packed, on schedule, and in great condition. I waited a few weeks before writing a review - just to make sure everything continued to work as expected.

I can say without hesitation that these two chairs are - as promised - like new. I really appreciate the above-and-beyond service I received from Office Logix. I highly recommend them as a chair vendor - and I’ll be a return customer if I ever need office chairs again in the future!

Herman Miller Mirra 2 Chair (Renewed)

I absolutely love this Mirra 2 ergonomic office chair. It has so many customizable features, particularly the 4-way arm rest movement, that make it extremely comfortable to sit in for more than 10 hours a day. Although listed as “renewed”, it arrived in perfect condition and I actually thought it was “brand new”. The hardwood floor castors are also great - no need for a chair mat! I saved hundreds of dollars purchasing this chair from Office Logix, I am now going to order the proprietary headrest from them as well.

I’m a Mirra/Mirra 2 fan, my cheapness wouldn’t allow me to follow through on a ‘brand new’.
SO – off to google – “refurbished Mirra 2”. first hit – Office Logix. Hey, I know them - the headrest people! All black refurbished Mirra 2 chairs, $549, on sale for $495. seems to have all the options except forward tilt (I like forward tilt) . Chat button – no forward tilt? Oh yeah – they have forward tilt too! GREAT!
So I order, and toss in a headrest while I am here. $644 total – free shipping! Ordered on a Monday, delivered Friday, hard to beat that.
Comes in a big box, spider and cylinder already together, just need to set chair on it. Casters – a sleeve of what appear to be brand new HM upgraded casters, impressive. Check label – 2017 model
Step back – this thing is clean, can’t find any marks. Looks like it was thoroughly gone over, even the arms are clean and treated. Mesh looks great.
Have a seat – nice! Mesh feels good, I was worried the cylinder would be sloppy in a used chair - this feels brand new. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was after seeing the casters.
Headset – takes allen wrench to put on (supplied) looks good, feels good, lots of adjustment
SO – just under $500, what looks like a new Mirra 2 in one week. Very happy, If I ever need another chair I’m checking with Office Logix first
