What is the asymmetrical lumbar support?
The most unique feature of the Zody is its patented asymmetrical lumbar support. This means you can control the firmness of the left and right sides of the backrest completely independent of each other. It is perfect for users who require differing levels of support for each side of their back.
Are the armrests fully adjustable?
Yes. The fully loaded Zody classic comes with "4D" armrests. This means they move up and down (height), side to side (width), forward and backward (depth), and pivot (rotate) for the perfect ergonomic position.
How does the tilt lock and tension work?
The tension control works like a crank engine and is very responsive: crank it forward to tighten and backward to loosen. Note that even with the tilt lock on, the Zody intentionally allows about 3 to 4 degrees of leeway to provide a natural movement rather than a completely rigid feel.
How do I adjust the seat depth?
The seat depth adjustment has a large range of motion but is a bit unique. Instead of instinctively pushing up or down on a tab, you have to grab the tab and pull it outwards to unlock it. You can then slide the seat forward.
