Built for long sessions on camera
A streaming background deserves a chair that looks the part, and most gaming chairs trade real ergonomics for looks. This one does not: underneath the color is the Embody's pixelated suspension, which spreads your weight to prevent hot spots and fatigue, and the headrest carries that support up to your neck so you can sit through a long night without paying for it the next morning.

Gaming-style Embody price vs a new Embody
A gaming-style Herman Miller Embody with our headrest included, for under $1,500.
This chair brings the Embody's ergonomics to a gaming setup, with the same Pixelated support and flexible spine that let you shift and lean through long sessions. Renewed and tested, it performs like new and costs far less than a new Embody.
Set up the chair and fit the headrest
Buying a used Embody? Here is what refurbished adds
A used Embody from a private seller is sold as it is and normally carries no warranty, which puts the risk entirely on you. This one was taken apart, rebuilt and tested, and it ships with a brand-new headrest and our 5-year mechanical warranty on the chair.
How we renew it
- Inspect and clean: the frame and mechanism are stripped down, deep cleaned and sanitized with professional equipment.
- Replace and repair: seat and back fabric and other worn parts are replaced with new compatible parts where needed.
- Test and ship: every mechanism, including the tilt and the Pixelated support, is tested before the chair leaves.
What a private sale usually leaves out
A 5-year mechanical warranty on the chair, 2 years on the headrest, free shipping within the contiguous US and a team you can contact if anything needs attention. We stand behind our products.
Made to be seen on stream
The Amethyst or Galaxy green against the clean white frame makes the chair a centerpiece for any streaming background or modern setup, without trading real ergonomics for looks.
Comfortable between rounds, too
Lean in during a match and the pixelated back follows you. Lean back during queues and cutscenes, and the headrest carries that support up to your neck. Seat height, tilt tension and the arms all adjust, so you can focus on the game rather than your posture.
Parts and repairs for the Embody
Find the symptom, get the part and watch the repair. OfficeLogixShop makes or stocks these parts for the Embody, so the chair can stay in service for many years.

Questions about the gaming-style Embody
Is the Embody good for long gaming sessions?
Yes. Its back spreads your weight across hundreds of small pixels so pressure does not build up in one place, which is what usually causes the ache after hours in a padded racing seat. BackFit lets you set how much the back curves, and the seat depth adjusts to your legs.
Is the headrest hard to install?
No. Everything you need is in the box, so there are no special tools and no drilling; it attaches to the Embody's spine in under 5 minutes. The headrest video above shows every step.
Will it help with back or neck discomfort?
The Embody is designed to reduce pressure on the spine as you move, and the headrest supports your neck when you recline. Many customers choose it for that reason. It is not a medical device, so for a specific condition, ask your doctor or physiotherapist.
How does it ship?
Free within the contiguous US. The Embody ships in two boxes, and the second sometimes arrives a day or two after the first. Customers outside the US get the best international shipping rates available.
