1. Sit and let it balance
The weight-activated mechanism sets the recline resistance to the person sitting. Sit back and rock gently before you touch any control.
2. Height and seat depth
Feet flat, thighs level, then slide the seat until the front edge sits two or three fingers behind your knees.
3. Fine-tune the tilt
If you want a firmer or softer recline than the automatic setting, use the tension control, then set the limiter to stop the recline where you like, or lock it upright.
4. Arms
Bring the fully adjustable arms in and down until your shoulders relax and your elbows rest lightly while you type.
