Do I need to drill holes to install this kit?
No drilling is required. You only need to pass the cable through a small opening in the mesh weave. This is a standard step and does not damage the chair.
Which side does the adjustment knob go on?
Install the knob on the right side of the chair (the same side as the height adjustment lever) to ensure proper cable routing.
How do I align the knob for installation?
Turn the knob until it forms a triangle shape with 1 point facing upward. This creates enough clearance to insert and tighten the mounting screw.
Is this compatible with Size A chairs?
No. This kit is designed for Size B (Medium) and Size C (Large) Aeron Classic chairs only.
