Frequently Asked Questions
What's the actual height range? Will it work with my desk?
The seat adjusts from about 25 inches to 34 inches off the floor. Most drafting tables sit at 36-40 inches, standing desks at 38-48 inches, and lab benches around 36 inches. All perfect ranges for this stool.
Adjustable Lumbar or PostureFit SL?
Adjustable Lumbar is a simple pad you slide up/down. PostureFit SL is the advanced system with two independent pads for sacral and lumbar support. If you want maximum support, go PostureFit SL.
Can I use this with a regular height desk?
It is not recommended. At its lowest setting (25"), this stool is still taller than a standard office chair (usually 21"). Your feet might not reach the floor comfortably. We recommend the standard Aeron for standard desks.
How stable is it at full height?
Very stable. The base is wider than a standard Aeron to compensate for the extra height, and the stainless steel foot ring adds rigidity. It is engineered specifically for safe elevated use.
