Is the mesh new?
Yes! The mesh is 100% Brand New OfficeLogixShop replacement mesh. We do not use old or sagging mesh. Only the hard plastic frame is refurbished.
What tools do I need?
You only need a 5mm hex driver (Allen key) to remove the four bolts holding the backrest to the chair frame. It is a very simple installation.
How do I know my Aeron chair size?
Check the back of your chair frame, under the top lip behind the Herman Miller logo. You will feel raised dots: 1 dot = Size A, 2 dots = Size B, 3 dots = Size C.
Will this fit my chair?
It fits Herman Miller Aeron Classic chairs (Size A, B, and C). Please select the size that matches your current chair. It does NOT fit the Aeron Remastered.
