Great product, great customer service

The chair we ordered arrived promptly and was reasonably-priced. It did arrive with some cosmetic damages from shipping, but the customer service team responded immediately, after hours, and shipped us new parts to replace the damaged ones. 10/10 will buy from them again.

Overall positive experience

For the price of what it was, it was an amazing deal and the process was pretty smooth! Brand new seat and padding. Barely any noticeable scratch. Very minor quality issue such as one side of the 4d arm rest is loose compared to the other.

Some small issue/ inconvenience that I would say set this apart from 4 star as opposed to 5 star was the lack of Alan screw driver for the back screw; or if there was one, it may have fallen out the hole in the box during transportation due to the leg itself was slightly too large for the box it came in. By the time the package has arrived to my house, the wheel legs of the chair has punctured and protruded out of the box on all 4 sides. While this could have been an issue with delivery not being careful, officelogix could have done a bit more to prevent this risk of an issue.

Amazing Chair

Just what I was expecting. Worth the money

Have a Zody at work that I love and was looking for a new chair for the home office. Couldn't justify spending 1000+ for a new Zody but found Office Logix had refurbished ones for a reasonable price. Pulled the trigger and am very happy with the purchase.

Did have a small issue during shipping (small broken piece) but Office Logix support was quick to ship me a replacement. Easy peasy.

Would absolutely recommend.

I Love This Chair

I was on the hunt for a chair that suited my needs for a long time. This chair is great and I got it for an amazing deal. I would have given a 5 star rating, but I feel like there should have been a grease cover for the chair, and that there should have been more clear instructions for the chair assembly. It is a very simple assembly, but it did not feel intuitive. Regardless, this was such an impactful purchase for my set up and I couldn't be happier with it.
