Good product and services

Office Logix Shop got me good quality replacement parts for my Aeron chair. The mesh lining seat and back are great. The lumbar shifters do work though they are plastic and not metallic. Overall very happy with Office Logix Shop's products and quick service.

small mistake but rectified satisfactory

I ordered the tilt limiter and received a headrest by mistake. I emailed the company my mistake and within a few business hours they shipped the correct part and let me keep the headrest. excellent customer service! have yet to receive the tilt limiter yet but the headrest is great!
