Excellent mesh! Make SURE to use included screws!

I didn’t know there was a set of slightly longer/thicker screws included. These meshes have a frame that accommodate longer/thicker screws. So after a failure, and an email to support, they told me about the included screws. I found them in the shipping bag in another tiny bag. Needed to push the frame down into the screws, but they bit well, and have held up so far. I’d buy this again! Aeron chairs are tanks!

The mesh has pre-drilled holes that are NOT used. The screws will self-tap and make new holes. That’s why you need to press the seat into the screws. Once done, it’s very strong!

I was skeptical, but it worked out well.

Installed this a few weeks ago, and it works well. I would buy again if I needed to replace. Watch their installation video, because it's a little bit tricky. There's a little bit of technique to it, take your time. I used the original screws (they recommend a different screw that you can get from the hardware store), and I pre-drilled with a small drill bit (I think it was 5/32").
