So far so good

Great caster wheels. Maybe a bit too free rolling but I'll get used to it. Seem great hopefully they last longer then the actual Herman Miller casters.

The casters and replacement seat pan are both great and fit perfectly.

Fantastic Wheels

I was a bit hesitant about ordering these instead of the “classic” ones, but I’m glad I did. They are very well built and my Aeron now seems to “glide.” My only complaint was that I ordered the black ones and was sent the “clear” version. I didn’t realize it until a few days after I installed them.

Decent

They work well on my wood floors. While they technically work on carpet, I find them to be worse than regular carpet casters. They're better all around, though!
