Overall very happy

So I was somewhat reluctant to order this because the bio was copied over from the Platinum version and the e's in renewed were in an odd font as well as no out of website reviews for the online service, but I saw that this place had a brick and mortar with reputable reviews so I took the plunge. It indeed did arrive and is in fully working condition and matches the description, that thee only things that seem to be replaced are the casters and the arm (I'm not sure whether the arm is aftermarket, it is comfy and functions with all the 4d adjustments, albeit a little loose). There are some very small scratches here and there but all the adjustments functioned properly and the seat and back cushions were proper and appeared new. This is by far the best value shipped option on an actual quality Leap v2
