The condition is good at this price. Need to assemble, but not too hard.

pretty simple -- chair was outfitted with new pads/wheels -- there were TINY scuffs here and there but none that you would notice from more than a foot away. There was no smell, it was clean, everything was in EXCELLENT shape.
