Great replacement for Aeron chair

Although I needed to use my dremel to refine the edges, the seat fit well. It came with the foam pad and screws. Took maybe twenty minutes total and was much easier with a second set of hands when installing the screws. Very similar feel and look as the OEM fabric and much tighter but my chair was 25 years old when it ripped. I anticipate this replacement will provide many years of comfort. This was a way better option for me as opposed to replacing the entire seat assembly. Overall very happy and would recommend.
