product very good, couldn’t get one of the screws in due to alignment-blame HM screws hold go into metal not plastic, watching video seems a different screw was recommended -it would have been nice if package included recommendation for screw

Great Seat Replacement

The seat replacement was just like the original in every way. Installing it is a
job best done by 2 people. There is a spline that is part of the molded boarder
of the seat that presses into a groove in the main seat frame. It is essential to
press the spline into the groove and hold it in place when putting the screws back in. There is tension on the seat when the spline is in place. The shapes
make it hard to use clamps, my first thought, but a second person makes it
fairly easy and it only takes a few minutes. The screws are great and an electric
screwdriver helps. It’s a very good product.

Exactly what was needed

Bought a HM Areon for 20 at a garage sale. Just needed seat pan. Took two tries to get right. Make sure front is in right and use clamps. Chair like new.

Chairs appear to be in very good condition, except for the legs, which have some scuffed parts, but nothing serious. In general this is a good deal.

Office Logix Shop's height adjustment cable kit works as described. It appears identical to the original equipment.

Not the easiest to install but works well

After trying my best to install using the Office Logix video on Youtube, my chair seat is noticeably firmer than before, but that's to be expected when your chair is nigh on 20 years old. Getting the mesh to sit flush with the frame is not exactly easy and tbh, mine is just a little bit off (but still acceptable). Will have to wait and see how long it lasts, but for now I'm happy with this.
