First the pros, in terms of comfort, this headrest instantly elevated my chair. My neck feels well supported, and the adjustments are very good when I’m moving around in the chair. The installation process was very easy and straight forward. The look is cohesive, blends in nicely with the rest of the chair. Customer service was on point, and very responsive.
Now, the con. It really bothers me that I can't purchase the headrest with the mesh preinstalled. The additional mesh installment wasn’t a problem for me, it’s just that now I have this extra plastic part laying around. It feels wasteful. Also, the default headrest without the mesh is perfectly comfortable. Looking back, I probably would not have ordered the mesh replacement knowing what I know now.
That said, love the headrest.

The headrest is great, very good support when fully reclined! Look great too, makes the Mirria 2 look like a full on office chair. I can comfortable use the chair now for work, gaming, and for laying back to read a book, just need a footrest now.
Customer service was also great when the plastic gears wore out. They sent over metal gears to replace the worn out plastic gears which makes the headrest even that better. I would definitely recommend it with the upgraded metal gears!

Please bring back the white headrest. ;(

I was a little hesitant before ordering that it would look like a cheap addon to my Mirra 2 but once installed - very easy by the way, all concern vanished. It looks great and almost as if it was original part of chair. I don't use it during normal work use but makes the chair perfect for casual moments and end of day relaxing, which isn't possible without a headrest

It is great. Easy to install. Easy to adjust. Saves me from myself during boring online meetings. I can lean back without looking like I am. Thanks, Office Logix Shop for making it.
