If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help:

We offer a no questions asked return policy on all products - products must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

To ensure eligibility for a return, please verify that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The return tracking number has been provided to us via:

  • This Policy Not applicable for Local Sales on our showroom. Check, Showroom return policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance and replacement. 

Cancellation Policy

For domestic orders within the United States, a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the total purchase amount will be applied. For international orders, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total purchase amount will be charged. These fees cover administrative and processing costs associated with cancellations.
