How long has OfficeLogixShop been in business?

OfficeLogixShop was founded in 2015 and is not a pop-up seller. We operate out of a 60,000+ sq. ft. facility in Lewis Center, Ohio, and have shipped tens of thousands of chairs locally and globally. We are here to stay and support your product for the long term.

Can I try the chairs in person at a physical location?

Absolutely. You can visit our showroom located at 683 Carle Ave, Lewis Center, OH 43035. Visiting us allows you to compare top models like the Herman Miller Aeron and Steelcase Leap side by side so you can find the perfect ergonomic fit for your body before you buy.

Why are your prices lower than other sellers?

Our prices are lower for two main reasons. First, we operate on a high-volume and low-margin model. Second, we control our own refurbishing process. Since we do not rely on outside parties for replacement parts or expertise, we keep our costs low and pass those savings to our customers.

What does Refurbished mean at OfficeLogixShop?

Our refurbished chairs undergo a multi-point Certified Renewal Process that is completely different from a used chair. We disassemble the chair, industrially clean and sanitize it, inspect every mechanism, and replace worn parts like gas cylinders and arm pads with brand new components.

Are your chairs authentic Herman Miller and Steelcase products?

While unauthentic chairs in general are not a common thing in the USA, to answer the question: Yes. We only source and refurbish genuine chairs from top-tier brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. While the core structure is original, we use brand-new, high-quality, compatible replacement parts for wearables to ensure longevity.

How do you sanitize the chairs?

We do not just use wipes. We use industrial-grade steam cleaners to deeply sanitize mesh, fabric, and frame components. This kills bacteria, eliminates odors, and lifts deep-set dust that normal cleaning misses.
