Our refurbished chairs undergo a multi-point Certified Renewal Process that is completely different from a used chair. We disassemble the chair, industrially clean and sanitize it, inspect every mechanism, and replace worn parts like gas cylinders and arm pads with brand new components.

We only source and refurbish genuine chairs from top-tier brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. While the core structure is original, we use brand-new, high-quality, compatible replacement parts for wearables to ensure longevity.
