How to Replace the Cylinder on Your Aeron Chair: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

  • Start by locating and removing the two screws on each side of the chair that secure the seat and mesh. Use a power drill for efficiency.
  • Lift the seat off the chair frame and set it aside in a safe area to clear your workspace.

2) Loosen the Cylinder:

  • Lay the chair on its side for better access to the cylinder.
  • Using a wrench, twist the cylinder counterclockwise. Continue this motion until the cylinder detaches from the chair with ease.
