Customer service was great. Chair came as advertised.

The cautionary on no questions asked returns is that the customer pays for shipping. In my case, returning an Aeron drafting stool would have cost $395 using UPS economy. At $699 for the chair, you can do the math.

Had many questions which were professionally answered in a prompt manner. Chair received and assembled quite easily. The team knows what they are doing and can explain the many differences which are not easily understood by the novice. The product delivered is excellent quality.

Outstanding customer service.

I was skeptical on buying refurbished. The 2 chairs were delivered the next day. One of the Chairs was damaged in shipping. They immediately sent out another chair and return label for the damaged one. Now both chairs are like new with only a minor scuff or 2 on edge of backrest. Highly recommend this company and the refurbished products they sell.
